2 tbspginger garlic
1 cuponion paste
to tasteSalt
to tasteRed chilli
1 tspturmeric
1 tbspcoriander powder
1 tbspcurry powder
as neededoil

Boil potatoes and peel it,keep aside

Now in a pan,heat oil add ginger garlic,onion paste along with spices and 1 cup of water mix and cover it till a bit thick gravy

Put potatoes and mix well,cook for few minutes and serve with poori
