    In a bowl pour your mushroom, add black pepper, thyme, curry, ginger paste, ginger powder, garlic powder, seasoning, Scotch bonnet and mix

    Pour it into a pan add some veg oil and fry for 2mnt, add chop sausage keep stir and frying for 5mnt remove and set aside

    In a pan pour veg oil, chop onion, carrot, green beans and Scotch bonnet, seasoning, bay leaves, soy sauce, and all the spices, saute for 5mnt

  4. 4

    Add your cook rice mix well, add sweet corn mix all together then add your mushrooms and sweet corn stir and fry for 5mnt, serve and enjoooy 😋😋😋
