Ingredients

  1. Carrot
  2. Red pepper
  3. Green pepper
  4. sweet potato
  5. eggplant
  6. spring onion
  7. Tempura batter
  8. 4 tablespoonflour
  9. 1 tablespoonrice flour or starch
  10. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  11. 70 mlwater
  12. 1ice cube

Cooking Instructions

30min
  1. 1

    Cut vegetables in same size.

  2. 2

    Make Tempura batter and put all vegetables and mix.

  3. 3

    Fry in vegetable oil (180℃)

  4. 4

    Enjoy 🌈

  5. 5

    We ate Tempura Soba for dinner. ⛩🇯🇵
