Cooking Instructions

For making this Shahi tukda I have used whole bread which is available on bakery.its easy to make thick slice for Shahi tukda from this bread. And it's easy to cut in desire shape

For making sugar syrup Take a vessel take water and sugar.add cardamom and food colour mix it and cook on high flame.when sugar dissolve turn the flame medium boil it for 6-8 minutes until one string syrup has ready.now add khoya in it.turn off the flame.

In a kadhai add ghee heat it and fry the bread pieces till they golden brown.transfer the fried bread directly into milk and immediately remove from it and put them into hot sugar syrup.dip for few seconds then transfer in a plate.

Cut these bread pieces in heart shape with the help of cookie cutter.assemble in a plate garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and serve.
