This is a delicious fusion recipe. Here, leftover bread is cut into rounds and served as shahi tukda with halwa.

First, make the sugar syrup in a saucepan. Cook until it becomes slightly sticky.

Heat oil in a pan. Cut the bread into rounds and fry until golden. Dip the fried bread in the sugar syrup briefly, then remove so it doesn't get too soggy.

Spread rabri on each bread round, then top with moong dal halwa. Garnish with chopped nuts and rose petals.
