Ingredients

  2. 1/2 kgSugar
  3. 1 cupMilk
  4. 1/4 tspElaichi/ Cardamom powder
  5. 6 tspGhee
  6. as neededDryfriuts roasted

Cooking Instructions

    Grate all carrots

    Allow the grated carrots in a plate to rest for 1 hour

    Take a pan add ghee

  4. 4

    Add grated carrots to it

    Allow them to fry well till
    All raw smell endup

    Add sugar to it

  7. 7

    Mix it well allow it to cook well for20mins on simmer

  8. 8

    In between add ghee n mix it well

  9. 9

    Add 1cup milk to it

  10. 10

    Allow it till carrot absorbs milk

  11. 11

    When all moisture get observed well add elachi powder

  12. 12

    Serve with Added dry fruits
