Ingredients

  2. 1 1/2 tbspMaida/All-purpose Flour
  3. 1 cupSugar
  4. 1Lemon
  5. pinchKesar / saffron(optional)

    Take cow or toned milk boil it and then take 2tbsp lemon juice add 2 tbsp water in it.

    When milk start boiling turn off the gas.

    Then add lemon juice in milk and stir it till milk completely cogulate.
    Then take suthi cloth put the milk in it and removr the excess water and put some cold water so that it dont taste sour.

    Now queeze the cloth properly to remove excess water and keep it aside for 1 hour hanging.

    Take a pan add 1 cup sugar and water in the pan and cook it.

    Now take the chena and put in plate and mix it and add maida to it.
    Then make small balls.

    Then add it to sugar syrup boiling and cook for 10 to 15 min.

    And then put it for chilling for 4 hours.
