6 four-inch pancakes
  1. 3/4 cup (95 g)all-purpose flour
  2. 1 tbsp (12 g)sugar
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  6. 1/2 cupsourdough starter discard
  7. 1large egg
  8. 1/2 cupmilk (plus more as needed)
  9. 1 tbspmelted butter (plus more to grease the pan)

    Whisk dry ingredients together, then add wet ingredients. Whisk gently until a smooth batter forms (some lumps are okay).

    Grease a hot pan

    Pour batter into 6" pancakes, flip once edges puff up
