This evening I am cooking a new development my own recipe. Almoust of the ingredients coming from soy bean, such as Edamame, Tofu, Sprouts, Soy bean powder. I just add lobster sausage and egg to enrich the protein inside.
For garnishing : sesame seed, soybean powder and a slice tomato.
Full delicious in the plate of high protein recipe. Just follow me! Thank you mommy

  1. 100grms Edamame
  2. 125grms White Tofu
  3. 50grms Soy bean sprouts
  4. 90grms Lobster Sausage
  5. 1 pcEgg
  6. 12grms Garlics
  7. 30grms Shallots
  8. 3grms Ebi
  9. 3grms Ginger
  10. 7.5grms Camomile

Cara Membuat

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Peel and clean washing Edamame.

    Prepare soy bean sprouts. Clean up from Allah the impurities, washing clean and keep a side.

    Clean washing and cutting tofu into smaller size. Use your own cutting style.

    Clean up and peeling all the seasoning. Slice all into thinners layers. Ebi and Red Hot Chili

    Also Garlic and SHALLOTS

    Bit and break Ginger and Camomile

    Prepare your pan. Make it hot and add some margarin, let it be melted.

    Saute for a while start from Garlic, Ebi, SHALLOTS, Red Hot Chili, Ginger, and Lemon Grass

    Add a little bit of salt, salty soy bean ketchup, sesame oil, and fish oil. Mixed well.

    Add lobster sausage, tofu, edamame and stir well
