  1. 200 gbutter
  2. 300 gsugar
  3. 100 gplain yogurt/sour cream
  4. 400 gcake flour
  5. 6eggs
  6. 2 tspbaking powder
  7. 1 tbsplemon zest
  8. 1 tbspvanilla essence
  9. Mixed fruits- Strawberries, Blueberries, Peach or other type of fruits of your choice

Cara Memasak

    Makes a 10x10 square cake tin

    Cut strawberry & peach into small piece. Toss all fruits and put sugar (if desired)

    Grease with butter and the line the base of cake tin with baking paper.

    Beat butter & sugar till pale & fluffy

  5. 5

    Add in yogurt and mix well

  6. 6

    Add egg at one at a time, combine well. Add in lemon zest & vanilla essence

    Fold in flour & baking powder slowly combine & mix well

    Pour cake batter into prepared cake tin and smooth out the top

  9. 9

    Arrange mixed fruits on top of the cake batter. Dont press the fruits down into the batter.

    Bake at preheat oven 180c for 60-80mins

    Ready to serve.. you can dust the cooled cake with some icing sugar
