Cooking Instructions

In a bowl add gram flour, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder, cumin powder and baking soda. Add water little by little and mix well. Not to thick nor to thin.

Wash potato properly now cut into thin slices. Dip in mixture and fry into preheated oil till golden and crispy.

Potato pakora is ready to serve. Enjoy!!
