Onion pakora is very crispy and very easy and quick recipe. Kids liked it in their tiffin with tomato sauce. Everyone liked it with a cup of tea in the evening. #kidstiffin

Ingredients

1 cupgram flour
1large size sliced onion
1 tbspgreen chilli paste
1 tspGinger garlic paste
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1 tspblack seeds(nigella)
1 tspchaat masala powder
1 tspcumin powder
1/2 tspblack pepper powder
to tasteSalt
1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
as requiredOil for frying

Steps

Take a bowl mix all the listed ingredients well. Use water if required to make proper consistency.

Now heat up a pan with oil and drop small amount of mixture to the oil and fry till golden brown and crispy.

Remove in kitchen towel and our crispy pakora is ready.
