Cooking Instructions

In a bowl take the potato and crumble them well. Then add the peanuts, salt, cumin powder, black salt, aamchur power, garam masala powder, chilli flacks and mix it well.

In a kadai add 1 tblspn of oil and the dried red chilli as tempering then add the mixture and cook it for 2 to 3 mins. This step makes the mixture tastier. Then off the flame and let it be cool.

Meanwhile in a bowl add the besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, salt, termaric powder and mix well then add a little water at a time and make a nice smooth batter. Lastly add the pinch of baking powder and mix well.

Now take small portion of the potato mixture and make small sized ball then with the help of your palm flattern the balls ang give shape.

In a kadai heat enough oil.when the oil is hot enough then Take a chop shaped mixture at a time deep into the batter and fry them till they become golden Brown.

Your crispy and tasty chop is ready to serve.

When the oil become too hot make the flame on medium so that the chops can cook properly and do not burn from outside.
