From dover sole to lemon sole to any types of sole, I like it meuniere one of the best ways. Super easy, tendar texture and light and subtle in taste of white fish meat.
Dover sole is possibly the most firm meat among other soles.

Cooking Instructions

    Put the sole to tray and pour a bit of milk. Milk will wash out the smell.

    Season salt & pepper and dust with flour

  3. 3

    Add butter, or olive oil, on the pan mid to strong heat, 7 out of 9. Turn around and pan fried for 10 to 15 min depending on size and thickness

  4. 4

    Eat with a lot of lemon and greens on the side
    (ouch... this looks a bit burnt)
