Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 lb pork shoulder
  2. 1 tbspshallots
  3. 1 tbspgarlic
  4. 1 tbspbrown sugar
  5. 1 tbspcooking oil
  6. 1/2 tbspfish sauce
  7. 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  8. 1 tspblack pepper
  9. Toppings
  10. Persian cucumbers
  11. Cilantro
  12. Jalapeno
  13. Pickled carrots and daikon

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the pork overnight or at least for an hour.

  2. 2

    Airfry at 375F for 10-15 mins, flipping halfway until charred to your liking.

  3. 3

    Cut up veggies and toast banh mi.

  4. 4

    Assemble!
