  • 1 tbspshallots
  • 1 tbspgarlic
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspcooking oil
  • 1/2 tbspfish sauce
  • 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • Toppings
  • Persian cucumbers
  • Cilantro
  • Jalapeno
  • Pickled carrots and daikon

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the pork overnight or at least for an hour.
