Peel the lychees!

Make the gelatin by mixing it with water until it dissolve and let it sit while you make the milk mixture.

Make the milk mixture by combining the coconut milk with sugar and simmer overflow heat until the mixture is warm (at a low boil).

Combine milk and gelatin mixtures.

Spread the cheese out a bit then combine with the mixture.

Pour over lychee and let it sit in the fridge until it hardens (at least 3 hours or overnight) then it’s ready to eat!
