Ingredients

  1. 2green boil brinjal
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. 2onion
  4. as neededSome curry leaves
  5. as requiredSome Spring onion
  6. As neededSome coriander leaves
  7. as per tasteSalt
  8. 1 tbspasofetidia
  9. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  10. 7-8green chillies

    Firstly take a big green boil brinjal you can made Bharta boil or roasted I made boil brinjal Bharta take above all the ingredients together, chopped all the veggies n remove the brinjal skin.

    And keep a side heat the pan pie oil as per you need,

    If oil is hot add cumin seeds n mustard seeds chopped onion green chillies n curry leaves.

    And saute for a minutes add ginger garlic paste n cook add chopped tomatoes n mix it well n cook,

    Add boil brinjal some Coriander leaves, n mix it well n cook for a minutes,and add chopped spring onion,

    Mix it well n add again Coriander leaves n cook for 5 to 10 minutes after 10 minutes our delicious tasty spicy n yummy Khandesi spicy green brinjal Bharta (हिरव्या वांग्याचे भरीत) is ready to serve.

    Serve hot in a serving dish sprinkle some Coriander leaves n enjoy hot with kadnachi bhakri jowar bhakri etc., It is very tasty n my favourite dish you can try if you like my recipes Please share and comments.
