Ingredients

  1. 500 grmsChicken
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. Grounded to Paste-
  5. 1 cupMint leaves
  6. as neededGreen garlic few stems, can use garlic pods too
  7. 1 cupCoriander leaves
  8. 1Capsicum
  9. 1-2Green chillies
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Other ingredients-
  12. 1 tbspCoriander powder
  13. to tasteSalt
  14. 1 tspOil
  15. 1 tspFew curry leaves
  16. 1 tspCumin seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the chicken with ginger garlic paste & salt.Set aside

  2. 2

    Grind the ingredients mentioned to s smooth thick paste/ chutney

  3. 3

    Heat oil add the cumin seeds and Curry leaves

  4. 4

    Add the marinated chicken

  5. 5

    Add the grounded masala and fry

  6. 6

    Adjust the salt and add the Dhania powder

  7. 7

    Cook the chicken till done

  8. 8

    Serve hot along with some chapatis
