Now clean roast brinjal

Take a pan.put oil add chopped onion and green chillies

Saute it for 4 minutes

Now put tomatoes in it

Saute it for 3-4 minutes again

Now add all spices

Put roasted brinjal mix it well

Tasty baingan(brinjal) bhartha is ready

Serve with chapati.
