Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4 cupsflour
  2. 1/2 cupmilk
  3. 1/2 cupsugar or to ur taste
  4. 1tspn b/powder
  5. 1tspn flavor
  6. 1/2 sachetbutter
  7. 2eggs
  8. 1 tbspnmilk flavor
  9. lil water

Cooking Instructions

    In a big bowl, sieve in the flour, baking powder, salt and set aside.

    In another bowl add in the sugar, butter and litely cream it.

  3. 3

    Add in the milk, egg,flavor and give it a good mix.

    Gradually add in the flour mixture and give it a very good mix to form a dough if the dough is too hard sprinkle some water on it.

    Allow it to rest for some minutes. Cut it to your desire shape and fry until golden brown

    Our crunchy chin chin is ready

    Note you can add or reduce the sugar. Don’t over crowd it while frying
