Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupghee
  4. 1 cupwater

Cooking Instructions

    In a kadhai /pan take ghee. Heat it.Add wheat flour to it and roast it till fragrance come and slightly color is changed.

    Now add water and stir continuously so that no lumps are formed. When all water is absorbed, add sugar to it and cook. Mix nicely. Cook for 4-5 min. When it starts sticking to bottom, switch of the flame.

    Take it out in a serving bowl and served. Can use almond for garnishing.
