Steps
- 1
Keep 3 cups of water to boil and in that put 1 cup of sugar. Boil the water until sugar dissolves completely. Turn off the flame. Cover the vessel and keep it aside
- 2
Now in a kadhai heat 1 cup of ghee. Add 1 cup wheat flour. Keep moving it now and then until it gets a golden colour.
- 3
Now put 1 tspn Cardamom Powder. Give it a mix. Pour the sugar water which we had prepared earlier.
- 4
Be careful while pouring the water. Do the process slowly as it might splutter. And while pouring keep mixing the halwa mixture.
- 5
Let the aata absorb the water. Once it starts leaving the kadhai add rains and chopped almonds. Mix well and serve immediately.
