Pancakes

There are hundreds of Pancake recipes out there, but this is my recipe. You do not need to spend extra dollars to purchase pancake flour mix. Use the Self-Rising Flour in the pantry. If you only have Plain Flour, add 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder and mix well. When you want thicker pancakes, reduce Milk and make the batter thicker. To make thinner pancakes, add extra Milk and make the batter runnier.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Combine Self-Rising Flour, Sugar and Salt in a large bowl. *Note: If you use Plain Flour, you need to add 1 teaspoon Baking Powder and mix well.
- 2
Add Milk and Eggs, and whisk until smooth.
- 3
Heat a large frying pan (non-stick preferred) over medium to low heat. Oil the pan very lightly or you need no Oil at all if you use a really non-stick pan. Cook pancakes for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on surface and the edges get cooked. Flip over and cook for further 1 to 2 minutes or until cooked through.
- 4
Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with a clean tea towel to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter, oiling pan between batches.
- 5
Serve with Butter, Honey, Maple Syrup, Golden Syrup, Cream, Jam, or etc.

Note: When you want thicker pancakes, reduce Milk and make the batter thicker. To make thinner pancakes, add extra Milk and make the batter runnier.

✨Fluffy✨ Cottage Cheese Pancakes ✨Fluffy✨ Cottage Cheese Pancakes
These are a great protein-packed option to add to your breakfast line-up! I’ve made cottage cheese pancakes in the past, but the visible and chunky curds were not always appealing to my young daughter. So, I whipped together the liquid ingredients in the blender as recommended by some recipes I saw online. The difference is amazing, and yielded a fluffy and delicious pancake that everyone in my family gobbled up!✨ Be sure to use self-rising flour in this recipe! If you don’t have self-rising flour, see the “Notes” section below to make your own.#GlobalApron - Week 15. Cottage Cheese and Eggs#Breakfast #Healthy Chris Gan -

California Farm Mini Pancakes California Farm Mini Pancakes
There is a special pan in Northern Europe to make mini pancakes. It makes 14 at a time. Tradition is that children sing a song that counts the pancakes as they get the pancakes served. If you do not have this pancake pan, you can make mini pancakes in a regular cast iron skillet with thicker mini pancake batter. Both recipes are in here. The mini pancakes are called Puffs in local languages, sprinkled with powdered sugar and cinnamon mix. The puff comes from the baking powder in the batter, it makes for lighter pancakes.#pancakeday Hobby Horseman -

Fluffy Pancakes Fluffy Pancakes
I reduced the amount of baking powder from a recipe book and made these fluffy pancakes. When cooking, cover with a lid and heat over medium-low.Even my six year old daughter could make this easily, so I changed the steps so that all you need to do is mix.Rather than becoming mushy, you want the pancakes to fluff, so adjust the milk in the batter accordingly.
