My all time favourite Eid ul Azha recipe I love chapli kababs and use to eat them in lunch dinner and breakfast as well while Eid days must try enjoy
As many people has complain that there Kabab break while frying so you can always use whole wheat flour to prevent them from it ..

Ingredients

45 to 50 mints
5 to 6 servings
  1. 1 kgbeef mince
  2. 2 tbspBhuna masala
  3. 1 tspred chilli flakes
  4. 1 tspperi peri sauce
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  7. 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  8. 1Chopped onion
  9. 2chopped tomatoes
  10. 2-3chopped green chillies
  11. 1/3 cupchopped fresh Coriander
  12. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash mince properly and rinse all its water when it becomes dry then star it's marination

  2. 2

    Add mince in a bowl then add Bhuna masala,Garam masala,salt red chilli flakes and peri peri sauce mix it properly

  3. 3

    Now at the time of frying add all chopped veggies and flour and mix make kababs and fry them on low flame so that they can tenderise properly...
