Ingredients

  1. 1.dal chana 250 gm
  2. 2.chicken 400 gm boneless
  3. 3.lehsan cloves 10
  4. 4.green chillies chopped 4
  5. 5.ginger thin slices 5 to 6
  6. 6.salt as per taste
  7. 7.onion chopped medium size
  8. 8.red chilli powder 1 tea spoon
  9. 9.turmeric powder 1 /4 tea spoon
  10. 10.cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
  11. 11.black pepper powder 1 tea spoon
  12. 12.coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  13. 13.all spice powder 1 tea spoon
  14. 14.red chillies 4
  15. 15.coriander leaves 3 to 4 table spoon
  16. 16.2black cardamom
  17. 17.egg for frying kababs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add dal chana, chicken and all spices. Not add onion. Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes in pressure cooker. Until the water dried.

    Now the you can chopp the material of shami kabab in any that you have available.

    Add chopped onion and coriander leaves and make kababs.

  4. 4

    Fry them by using an egg. You can add some salt and black pepper in egg. Your kababs will ready.
