Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsweet corn kernels
  2. 1/4 cupfinely chopped green capsicum
  3. 1/2 cupfinely grated carrot
  4. 1/4 cupfinely chopped fresh coriander leaves
  5. 1/4 cupfinely chopped spinach leaves
  6. 1-2spicy green chillies finely chopped
  7. 1/2 cupbesan
  8. 1/4 cuprice flour
  9. 1 tbspred chilli flakes
  10. 2-3 tbspgrated cheese
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for frying
  13. Tomato ketchup to serve

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and pat dry sweet corn kernels. Grind coarsely in veg chopper. Transfer it in mixing bowl. Add chopped green capsicum and grated carrot.

    Wash and pat dry corainder leaves and spinach leaves. Finely chopped them and transfer it in veggies mixing bowl.

    Add chopped green chillies, red chilli flakes,salt. Add & mix besan,rice flour and grated cheese. Mix well to make pakodas batter.No need to add water.

    Heat oil for frying. As heated drop small lumps / balls of prepared 3'C batter gently in hot oil. 5-6 at a time. Deep fry in hot oil on medium flame till crispy golden.

    Serve / Relish delicious sizzling hot 3'C Pakodas with tomato ketchup and hot tea or coffee.
