Ingredients

  1. 6-7boil potato
  2. 3green chili cut into small pieces
  3. 3 tspoil
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  5. 1 pinchasafoetida
  6. As required Amul butter
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. 1/2tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp amchoor powder
  10. as required Little garam masala
  11. 8brides slice

    Boil potatoes and smash them in a bowl

    Kadai on gas add oil when oil becomes hot add cumin seeds asafoetida when this tempering then add potato salt and red chilli powder amchoor powder and garam masala

    Mix it well take for bread slice spread potato mixture in slice cover up second slice

  4. 4

    Spread butter on top and down side of the bread slice when both sides look brown your toast is ready hot serve with tomato sauce
