Delicious 30 min Salmon with Pasta

Calling all pasta lovers! This salmon and pasta dish will be a favorite in your household. It’s definitely a favorite in mine. So good!
Cooking Instructions

1. In a cast iron skillet, over medium high heat, add olive oil, and add in the diced fish. Cook for just 2-3 minutes.

2. Remove the fish. Add the red onions, and garlic to the pan then season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

3. Cook the red onion and garlic for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in the white cooking wine, butter, and lemon juice. Cook for about 5 minutes until the sauce has reduced by half.

4. Season the sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, and Cajun seasoning,. Add the salmon back to the skillet. Cook for 1-2 minutes then toss in the pasta, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley. Serve while warm. Enjoy!

Hi everyone, the sun is finally out, and we are able to sit in the garden. Since it is that time of year again to start planting new flowers, I had the chance this morning to look at the garden and see what it is I want to plant.
