Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlsroasted jave
  2. 2 spoonsoil
  3. Half spoon ajwain/cumin seeds
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. Half spoon red chilli powder
  6. Half spoon turmeric powder
  7. 1big potato cut into pieces
  8. 1 bowlpeas
  9. As required desi ghee
  10. 1 pinchasafoetida

    Firstly roasted the Jave.

    Take a cooker heat the oil add ajwain and asafoetida and saute it add potatoes and peas and mix well.

    Now add the roasted jave and add all spices and mix well.

  4. 4

    Add two bowl water and take 1 whistles in medium flame.

  5. 5

    Open the cooker and serve hot with sauce and add desi ghee at the last.
