Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1boiled potato large
  2. 1 cupthick poha
  3. 1 tspsemolina
  4. 1 tspred chili flakes
  5. 1 tspdried herbs or oregano
  6. to taste Salt
  7. as requiredOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Take poha and semolina in a mixer grinder and grind it into powder.

    In a deep mixing bowl grate boiled potato. Mix red chili flakes, dried oregano and salt.

    Add powdered poha and make a smooth dough.

    Keep aside for 5 minutes.

    Again knead it well and divide it into 2 equal portions.

    Roll out one portion into 1 cm thick chapati.

  7. 7

    Cut a large round shape with a cookie cutter. Take another smaller cookie cutter and cut the cookie from inside just like a ring.

    Heat oil in a pan and fry the rings in a low medium heat oil till the potato rings are crisp and golden in colour.

    Serve them hot with ketchup or mustard sauce.
