Every party starts with the starters. How about crisp potato rings? Easy to make and can be prepared in just minutes. Impress your guests with these starters. I must say a must have starters for your party menu.
Cooking Instructions

Take poha and semolina in a mixer grinder and grind it into powder.

In a deep mixing bowl grate boiled potato. Mix red chili flakes, dried oregano and salt.

Add powdered poha and make a smooth dough.

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Again knead it well and divide it into 2 equal portions.

Roll out one portion into 1 cm thick chapati.

Cut a large round shape with a cookie cutter. Take another smaller cookie cutter and cut the cookie from inside just like a ring.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the rings in a low medium heat oil till the potato rings are crisp and golden in colour.

Serve them hot with ketchup or mustard sauce.
