Ingredients

15-20 minutes

  1. For the batter:
  2. 1 cupsplitted and skinned black gram
  3. 1 cupboiled corn kernels
  4. 2-3 tspsemolina
  5. 2medium sized onion chopped
  6. 1/2 tspginger garlic paste
  7. 2-3chopped green chilli
  8. 7-8curry leaves
  9. 2-3chopped coriander leaves
  10. 1 tspchilli flakes
  11. 1 tsporegano
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. as neededOil for deep frying
  14. For garnishing :
  15. 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
  16. 1 tspchilli flakes
  17. 1 tsporegano
  18. 1-2 tspchopped onion

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes

    Wash and soaked the black gram for 3-4 hours.

  2. 2

    Then grind to make a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Mix semolina and rest it for 10 minutes and then mix rest of the ingredients in the batter.

    Heat oil in a Kadai and make small fritters and dip fry them in oil till golden brown.

    Serve hot by sprinkling mozerella cheese, chilli flakes, oregano and some chopped onion over.
