Cooking Instructions

First of all boil potatoes and chicken with some salt and black pepper after boiling peel of the potatoes skin and shred the chicken and mashed the potatoes

Now heat oil in a pan and add onions fry them for a while then add in all spices and mix well

Then add in mashed potatoes, cabbage and shredded chicken mix well and let it cool

After cooling it down then filled 2 tbs of filling in each samosa wrap and bind with egg and cornflour mixture...

Place in a tray freeze overnight then save in an airtight container for future use
