🍝 Amatriciana, like tomato sauce pasta

tomo_ya @tomo
Busy weekday night, quick and dirty, yet tasty is a key.
Very simple, easy and still lot of flavour and variation to make out of this basic.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
I always start with olive oil, chopped garlic and chilli, heat to make flavour into the oil.
Then, add bacon first - 2
Add sliced onion, then sliced mushroom. Didn't have enough onion, so added red onion, too.
- 3
When the ingredients get softer, add tomato puree
- 4
Boiling pasta, make sure one minuite earlier than it said on the package.
Pour a bit of pasta boiling water into the pan to stir without dry. - 5
Mix well with pasta and sauce.
Parmigiana Reggiano, if you like!

Bunny's Husband's Elegant Tomato Sauce
I love Italian food. This is a recipe passed down from Bunny's husband's family. It's a convenient sauce that can be used deliciously with pasta, hamburg steak, gratin, omurice, curry, etc. This can be frozen and stored, but even though I always make a lot, it all just gets eaten up.In Step 1, since you're not mincing anything, it can be done on top of a paper towel. In Step 2, be sure not to burn the garlic. Let it cook on low heat.In Step 3, I crushed the tomatoes and dropped them directly in the pot, but hot oil may splatter, so be careful. We love this recipe because it doesn't make a lot of dirty dishes. Homemade Tomato Sauce
I make and store this sauce every year during tomato season. If you don't want the seeds in the sauce, you can strain the sauce to remove them. This tomato sauce goes well with anything.Leave the tomatoes out at room temperature.Since all you have to do is boil, peel and simmer the tomatoes, this is very easy to make. This sauce has a wide variety of uses, such as pasta or simmered tomatoes, and it's very convenient to have stored and ready to use. (You can store it in freezer bags in the freezer as well.) Try making this tomato sauce during the summer. Recipe by Iriko

Tomato Sauce Pasta Made In One Pan
This is part of my 'pasta in one pan' series. Use the pasta cooking method described into make a simple tomato pasta. The pasta is on the soft side. If you prefer it firmer, shorten the time you let the pan rest in Step 5, or don't cook it for very long in Step 6 and have it as soup pasta. If you are using vegetables with high water content like cabbage, reduce the amount of water. Recipe by Nekozame

Irresistible Tomato Sauce Pasta
A pasta dish that adults and children can enjoy. This is a big hit in our house.Even though it's just a small amount, the miso and milk have a big impact!!Take care not to let the garlic or onion burn. Don't cook for too long after adding the milk and miso.If the sauce gets too concentrated, adjust by adding some of the pasta cooking water.Cook the pasta for 1 minute less than indicated on the package. For 2 servings. Recipe by Maimama

Easy and Authentic Pasta in Tuna Tomato Sauce
I don't like the flavor of tomato that much, but I love this pasta sauce. Each time I make this, I'm impressed every time that this flavor can be achieved in such a short time. The amount of salt to add depends on how much bacon you add, so taste before salting. The sauce will thin out a bit when you add the pasta, so season it generously. For 2 servings. Recipe by classy
