Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdaliya(broken wheat)
  2. 1/2 cupsplit green gram
  3. 1small onion finely chopped
  4. 1small capsicum cut into cubes
  5. 1small carrot finely chopped
  6. 1green chiili chopped
  7. 1tomato chopped
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspChilli powder
  10. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  11. Salt as taste
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Clean the dal and daliya.Washed and soaked the dal in water for 10 minutes.Take a pressure cooker add oil when it heated add cumin seeds when it splatter add onion.saute one minute.

    Then add all the chopped veggies and spices along with salt.cook for 2 minutes on high flame.add daliya and cook for a minute.

    Now add soaked dal and water mix and pressure cook for 3 whistle.turn off the flame.released the pressure naturally. Open the lid.the daliya has perfectly cooked.

    Served this healthy dish in the breakfast or lunch.
