Ingredients

  1. Bottom layer
  2. 200 goreo cookies
  3. 4 tbspmelted light butter
  4. Dark Chocolate Mousse Layer
  5. 150 gdark chocolate
  6. 120 gwhipping cream
  7. 160 gchilled whipping cream
  8. 1 tbspgelatin powder
  9. 20 mlcold water
  10. Milk Chocolate Mousse Layer
  11. 150 gmilk chocolate
  12. 120 gwhipping cream
  13. 160 gchilled whipping cream
  14. 1 tbspgelatin powder
  15. 20 mlcold water
  16. White Chocolate Mousse Layer
  17. 120 gwhite chocolate
  18. 120 gwhipping cream
  19. 160 gchilled whipping cream
  20. 1 tbspgelatin powder
  21. 20 mlcold water
  22. Decorating
  23. As neededcocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Crust: in a blender, blend oreos until crumbs form then add butter and process again. Place evenly in greased springform pan

  2. 2

    Chocolate mousse layer steps: mix cold water + gelatin and let it sweel for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix Dark chocolate with whipping cream in a bowl and melt in on low heat

  3. 3

    After 10 minutes, heat the gelatin mix a bit and then add it to the Dark chocolate mix and mix it together. Let it cool completely

  4. 4

    In a separate bowl, add whipping cream, whip it and then add the chocolate mix and whip it until a thick consistency is formed

  5. 5

    Place the layer on the pan evenly and let it cool in the fridge for 20 minutes

  6. 6

    Repeat the same steps for milk chocolate and add it to the pan after the 20 minutes and keep it in the fridge for another 20

  7. 7

    Repeat the same step for the white chocolate and keep it for another 20

  8. 8

    Decorate with cocoa powder and keep it in the fridge to cool
