Ingredients

For one person
  1. 11/2 tbspDaliya
  2. 1/2 tbspMung dal
  3. 1 tbspSpinach chopped
  4. 1/2 teaspoonGreen chilli chopped
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspTomato chopped
  7. 1 tbspPumpkin chopped
  8. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  9. 1 tspLemon juice (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    At first take a cooker to boil the daliya and mung dal equally, so pour 2 cups water half teaspoon Turmeric powder, salt to taste, spinach, green chilli, pumpkin,tomato chopped, then cover it with lid,now cook it for 15minutes.

    Next when the cooker will turn cool or normal temperature then open it,take a bowl pour the khichdi.

    At last spread one teasspoon lemon juice, and garnish with some sliced tomato and some coriander leaves

    Very healthy diet, and easy to cook, no oil, no butter.
