Ingredients

  1. 200 GMchicken
  2. 2chopped garlic cloves
  3. one fourth Cupcapsicum, carrot, and onion (Julienne each)
  4. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  5. 1 tbspketchup
  6. 2 tbsp Siracha sauce
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  9. 2 cupboiled noodles
  10. 2-4 tbspoil
  11. Half cup spring onion

Cooking Instructions

    In a pan add   2 tablespoon oil. 200 gm chicken 1 chopped garlic fry unit chicken changes color, now add  capsicum, carrot, and onion one fourth Cup Julienne each, stir fry it.

    Then add 1 tbsp soy sauce,1 tablespoon ketchup and 2 tbsp Siracha sauce, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp chilli flakes then.  add boiled noodles 2 Cup and half cup spring onions mix it  and cook for a few minutes... Chow mein are ready.
