Mix water, fresh milk, egg and instant yeast

Add All purpose flour, sugar and salt until it formed into a dough

Cover for 10mins then add butter and knead using the slap fold method

Proof dough until it doubled size, Remove gas and knead for 1 min

Divide to 8pieces and shape each into a ball put in tray with parchment and rest 1hour

Meanwhile make cream cheese, smoothen cream cheeese, add sugar, add butter, smoothen, add cream, place in a piping bag and set aside

Mix garlic butter ingredients

Eggwash the buns and bake 180C for 15-20mins

Cool completely, slice six parts, fill with cream cheese and dip in garlic butter mixture

Bake again 15mins 170C
