Ingredients

  1. (3 1/2) Cup Flour
  2. (1 1/2) Cup Warm Water
  3. (1) Tsp Yeast
  4. (1/4) Tsp Sugar
  5. (1/2) Tsp Salt

Cooking Instructions

    In a Large bowl mix yeast and water and sugar.

    Add flour and salt, stir to incorporate do not knead.

  3. 3

    Cover and let rise 2 to 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven and Dutch Oven to 475 degrees.

    Dump dough on floured parchment paper, form loaf let sit covered 30 minutes.

    Carefully take HOT Dutch Oven out of oven, place dough ball and parchment paper into Dutch oven, cover place back into oven. Bake 20 minutes.

    Remove lid bake 10-15 minutes more.

    Carefully remove bread on parchment paper, remove paper and place bread on wire rack to cool.

. Check out my recipes as I add them. I bake, cook many types of food and I love to Smoke beef and pork. I use an offset wood smoker with an Bluetooth digital thermometer. If im feeling lazy I just go to my son's house and use his Traeger Grill. 😁 Fire and forget is boring LoL but yummy also. As the saying goes, " It's hot, brown and lots of it". I'm also working on a small cookbook for family. ❤️
