Cooking Instructions

First of all take flour add oil, salt, suji and bind semi soft dough by adding very less quantity of water and knead with palm nicely

Rest the dough for 15-20mins

Now take tomatoes and onion and garlic roughly chopped them into small cubes
- 4
Next take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds at medium flame first saute garlic gloves for a minute next add chopped tomato and onions saute for 5-7mins till they are soften

Next remove the chickpeas from the can and pour in the bowl add all spices to the tomato and onion gravy and then add Chickpeas to them and mix them well and cover the lid for 10mins and let them cook nicely

After that check them and mash them with the spatula and cover the lid again for 5mins. Lastly add Kasuri methi and switch off the flame.

For making Tortilla take the small portion of dough and start rolling in the rolling pan and then roast in the non-stick pan by flipping both sides

Next take 2 tsp of chole gravy apply on one side and close the Tortilla and apply some butter and roast on the pan till they are golden colour and crisp

Do enjoy your Quesadilla by applying ketchup or some chutneys, cheese and serve them hot with Some Beverage or juice in your breakfast or as side dish
