Ingredients

5 people
  • 1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cupshredded cabbage
  • Diced peppers, purple onions, and possibly other veggies (such as parsnips, carrots, grated ginseng, etc)
  • 2 cupscooked rice (preferably, sushi rice)
  • Hot sauce or pepper powder (Mojo seasoning works best)
  • 1 canunsalted kidney or black beans

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry all the veggies, until they’re well done. I used toasted sesame oil, it tastes the best.

  2. 2

    Use leftover cooked rice, or cook new rice as you chop the veggies.

  3. 3

    Grate up some cheddar cheese, and open a can of black beans.

  4. 4

    In the pan, mix and stir fry all the rice, veggies, cheese, beans, and spices, until well done.

  5. 5

    Serve in rice bowl. Well done! 😋
