Cooking Instructions

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and foamy and double in volume

Now add in chocolate essence and beat again...
Thus will take at least 5 mins to get a nice fluffy texture - 3
Now seived in dry ingredients into 3 rounds and fold very gently until all mix well

Pour into a greased and linned 6 inch pan and bake into preheated patila for about 15 to 18 mins

Then check by inserting toothpick if it comes clean it's done if not bake for few more minutes
