Ingredients

  1. 2 bunchbathua
  2. 2 cupswheat flour
  3. 1big onion finely chopped
  4. 1 inchginger finely chopped
  5. 2green chillies finely chopped
  6. as per taste Salt
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcumin powder
  10. 1 tspChilli flakes
  11. 1/4 tspgaram masala powder
  12. 1/4 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

    Remove the bathua stems. Wash twice in clean water and cut.sieve the flour and put into mixing bowl.add salt and ajwain, chopped onion,green Chilli and ginger. mix well

    Add chopped bathua leaves and all spices.add 2 tsp oil and mix well.add little water and mix.make semi soft dough.cover and keep it for 10 minutes.

    Make small balls from the dough.roll it in circle.heat a tawa cook the paratha from one side for a minute

    Flip it and add 1/2 tsp oil fry both side until it turns golden.serve with curd.
