Chicken Roast is the ideal meal for me to bid 2021 farewell and usher in 2022!

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Wash the chicken well and pat dry with kitchen towel
- 2
Smear the garlic and ginger paste on the chicken, smear with olive oil, salt and pepper powder. In the inside add halved garlic and halved lime wedges and Rosemary sprigs. Tie the legs and put into a baking tray
- 3
Tuck the beast bones inside to look good
- 4
Wash the vegetables well, don’t peel the baby potatoes. Peel the baby carrots retaining the crest. Cut the edges of the beans and peel the onions
- 5
Put the veggies into the baking tray alongwith the chicken. Put salt and pepper onto the veggies
- 6
Put into the oven and bake for 45-50 mins. If the chicken tends to turn red quickly then place a aluminium foil folded into quarter on the chicken and continue baking.
- 7
Set aside the baking tray.
- 8
Gently lift the roaster chicken and the veggies and plate. Enjoy a delightful Chicken Roast on a special day

Pantry roast chicken Pantry roast chicken
Watching the self-isolated hosts on Bon Appetit improvise recipes using pantry items inspired me to try something similar. In this case, a pack of chicken drumsticks combined with whatever ingredients I had on hand. The result was a deliciously rustic roast dinner that was both baby and wife approved. Robert Gonzal -
Roast Chicken Dinner Roast Chicken Dinner
A simple roast chicken with root vegetables. Deeply savory and satisfying. I find that despite the allure of roasting the chicken over the vegetables for a "one pan" meal, cooking them separate gives you the best of both, and lets you reserve the juices from the chicken to make a simple gravy. Trussing taken from chefsteps. I like to serve this with a hearty salad of kale and shaved brussels sprouts with pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and a poppyseed dressing. Lance Wilson -

Perfect Pot Roast & Vegetables Perfect Pot Roast & Vegetables
I tried many times over the years to make pot roast in the crock pot. Everyone always raves about crock pot roast being so tender and juicy, but I never once got a tender, juicy roast out of my crock pot. Seriously, how do people rave over crock pot roast? It just never gets tender for me.However, I learned how to make delicious pot roast the "traditional" way (aka oven) and have perfected the methods of my own recipe over the last couple years. This recipe comes out fork tender every single time, and it's always bursting with flavor. This is definitely best suited for a weekend meal if you're a busy cook. It's a lengthy process, but worth the effort! StephieCanCook -
Pork Roast (Pieczeń Wieprzowa) in the Polish Style Pork Roast (Pieczeń Wieprzowa) in the Polish Style
I love a pork roast (pieczeń wieprzowa in Polish) and this is one of my best recipes. I call it "In the Polish style" as it is heavy on the garlic. Don't cut back on the garlic, though, because, as the roast bakes, the garlic cloves caramelize and become sweet bits of goodness within the roast. This was a common roast served at our kitchen table when we were growing up in Michigan. Adam Janowski -

Crock pot beef butt roast Crock pot beef butt roast
We eat a very strict diet in my family, so my mom's classic roast with potatoes and gravy is a no-no. I paired this with sweet potatoes, which were the inspiration for my spice combo. The flavor was fantastic, just need to tweak it a bit more to get that juicy texture everyone looks for in a roast. CapnCook
