Ingredients

  1. 1 blockTofu
  2. 150 gramsGround pork
  3. 1 cloveGarlic
  4. 1 dashGinger
  5. 1/2Japanese leek
  6. 2 tspDoubanjiang
  7. 1/2 tbsp●Chicken soup stock granules
  8. 1 tbsp●Soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tbsp●Sugar
  10. 1 tbsp●Tianmianjiang
  11. 2 tbsp●Sake (or Shaoxing wine)
  12. 250 ml●Water
  13. 1Katakuriko slurry
  14. 1 tbspSesame oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the minced garlic, ginger, and Japanese leek and stir-fry. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes.

    Add the doubanjiang to taste and continue stir-frying.

  3. 3

    Add the ● seasonings and let it come to a boil.

  4. 4

    Add the tofu and simmer a bit.

  5. 5

    Add the katakuriko slurry to thicken the sauce. Add the sesame oil and Japanese leek and serve.
