I had loads of bananas turning black in the house in need of using up so made a small batch of oat bars as the perfect little snacks.
Cooking Instructions

Mash bananas
- 2
Add oats, cinnamon and water.

Mix well and spread on a parchment paper lined baking tray. Bake at 200c for 20-25 minutes

Cool and cut into bars.
- 5
Serving suggestion. Spread some marmalade on top after they cool for a zingy twist or add chopped nuts to the mix for some crunch
