Cappuccino Koya (Freeze-Dried) Tofu Snacks Cappuccino Koya (Freeze-Dried) Tofu Snacks
This is a recipe for a snack made with koya (freeze-dried) tofu that I love.Use a thick plastic bag (I use resealable zip-lock bags) when soaking the tofu. They burn easily, so adjust the time and temperature to suit your oven. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste! The thinner they are, the better the texture. Recipe by CAFE703 cookpad.japan -

Homemade Tangerine Lemon and Cinnamon Marmalade Homemade Tangerine Lemon and Cinnamon Marmalade
What do you do if you have lots of tangerines and have to finish them before they go bad? There are many ways how to use up tangerine in the recipe, we can peel and chop it then freeze it for making any kind of juices or smoothies. Also we can use it for a salad dressing, or mix them to make either vegetable or fruits salad. This time I am going to use them to make marmalade. And I will combine it with mayor lemon. Marmalade is a preserve made from the juice and peel of citrus fruits boiled with sugar and water, usually they use oranges and prepared like jam. But this time I am going to make mine with tangerine and lemon instead of oranges. We can use marmalade for food recipe, spreading on toasted bread, or even for hot drink or cold drink. Sounds good right? So let’s make it now. Nia Hiura -
Matcha Cookies Matcha Cookies
I didn't have enough matcha , so I tried with green tea leaves. The result was amazingly high in quality. Guests and friends have said that the slight bitterness is delicious, plus tea leaves are cheaper. If you freeze the dough, you can cut it easily. If the chocolate is too hard, roll the dough with a rolling pin on both sides and cut it slowly. If the dough falls apart, just stick it together again with your fingers and it'll be fine. Use tea leaves that are deep green, and pulverize to a fine powder. Add a little matcha for color. Recipe by mini cookpad.japan -

Homemade Monkey Bread Homemade Monkey Bread
I love cinnamon rolls. But sometimes I just like making the pull apart bite sized pieces called Monkey Bread. This is a very versatile recipe. I've used chocolate instead of cinnamon and sugar. Hope you enjoy this as much as we do. Raven
