I was looking for a recipe for microwaved cookies that even kids could make, and I tried this! I often used to make pancake mix this way too.The cookies will bake from the inside, so even if the surface isn't baked, they might still be done. Check on them and adjust the time between 3 - 3.5 minutes as necessary. For about 20 cookies. Recipe by ochikeron cookpad.japan -

Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Made in the Microwave Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies Made in the Microwave
This is a variation on a chocolate cookie recipe from a book my child borrowed from the library. If you don't have a turn-table microwave, please arrange the cookies in the center. They're pretty sweet, so for me, 2 tablespoons of sugar is enough, but my kids seem to like it sweeter with 3 tablespoons of sugar. Please adjust the amount of sugar according to your preference. If you microwave the cookies for too long, they'll burn, so be careful!!Adjust the cooking time as necessary (since each microwave appliance is different!) I published this microwave version "Oven-baked Easy Okara Cookies. No Need for Complicated Tools". Because I was chosen as a sweetener cooking tester, I perfected this recipe.Take out the browned cookies from the microwave oven and just continue heating the soft ones until all the cookies are crispy. When the cookies get soft after a while, you can microwave again to regain its crispiness, but I recommend freezing them to help them last longer. Recipe by Nekozame cookpad.japan -
