Ingredients

  • 3 mediumbananas
  • 1/3 cupmelted butter
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1egg beaten
  • 1 tspvanilla
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • 1 pinchof salt
  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 1a pinch of cinnamon optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350'

  2. 2

    Combine melted butter and bananas

  3. 3

    Mix in sugar ,egg, and vanilla.

  4. 4

    Next mix in baking soda and salt combine well.

  5. 5

    Now add the flour last and combine well . Add Cinnamon or nuts if you like.

  6. 6

    Spray your loaf pan if needed and pour mixture in.

  7. 7

    Bake for 1 hour .
