  2. 1onion
  3. 1 tspmustard seed
  4. 1/2 tspjera
  5. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 4 tsppeanut
  8. 2lemon juices
  9. 3 tspoil
  10. As Required Same curry leave

    Add boiled rice and cook in a low fleam within 5 minutes.

    Take a pan add oil. When oil become hot add musterd seed, than jera.Add chopped onion.when onion become brown add termiric, red chilli powder.add green chillies. add same curry leave.

    In another pan fry peanut in brown. And 2,3 red chilli

    Add fried peanut and red chilli on rice. Add lemon​ juics.

  5. 5

    Jera rice is ready to eat.
